These Terms & Conditions govern all business transactions conducted with Saksham Fashion through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or any other communication channel. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms mentioned below.

1. Nature of Business

Saksham Fashion is a manufacturer and wholesaler of ethnic and fusion wear including but not limited to:

• 2 Piece Suits

• 3 Piece Suits

• Tunic Sets

• Co-ord Sets

• Single Kurtis

• Frocks and similar apparel

We primarily deal with retailers, resellers, and bulk buyers. Retail pricing, consumer protections, or trial-based purchases are not applicable.

2. Product Viewing & Selection

• Products displayed on our website or shared via WhatsApp are for reference and selection purposes only.

• Retailers may add products to cart or shortlist items, but no order is considered final at this stage.

• Final order confirmation happens only after direct coordination with Saksham Fashion.

3. Order Placement Process

The standard order flow is as follows:

1. Retailer selects products from website / catalogue

2. Order request is shared via WhatsApp

3. Saksham Fashion verifies:

   • Product availability

   • Quantity

   • Design / size / color details

4. Final order details and invoice are shared

5. Payment is made as per invoice

6. Order is dispatched after payment confirmation

⚠️ Adding products to cart does not guarantee stock availability.

4. Pricing & Invoice

• All prices shared are wholesale prices unless stated otherwise.

• Prices may change without prior notice until the invoice is generated.

• Invoice once shared and confirmed is final and binding.

• Any discounts, schemes, or offers are applicable only if mentioned on the invoice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made 100% in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

• Payment proof must be shared within the time communicated by Saksham Fashion.

• Delayed payment may result in:

  • Stock release

  • Order cancellation

  • Price revision

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

• Once an order is confirmed and paid, it cannot be cancelled.

• No refund will be issued once production or dispatch processing has started.

• Refund is applicable only if the ordered stock is unavailable and payment has already been made.

7. Manufacturing Variations

As a manufacturing unit:

• Minor variations in color (up to 5%), fabric texture, embroidery, or prints may occur due to:

  • Dyeing process

  • Lighting during photography

  • Batch production differences

Such variations are normal and not considered defects.

8. Dispatch & Delivery

• Dispatch timeline depends on:

  • Ready stock or made-to-order items

  • Quantity ordered

• Estimated dispatch timelines will be shared at order confirmation.

• Delivery timelines may vary based on courier partner and destination.

• Saksham Fashion is not responsible for courier delays beyond dispatch.

9. Packaging & Risk

• Goods are carefully packed before dispatch.

• Once handed over to the courier, risk transfers to the buyer.

• Transit insurance is optional and can be arranged at extra cost if requested before dispatch.

10. Returns & Exchanges (B2B Policy)

Due to wholesale and manufacturing nature:

No returns or exchanges for:

• Unsold stock

• Size issues

• Color preference issues

• Minor manufacturing variations

Returns are accepted only in case of major manufacturing damage, subject to:

• Intimation within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear opening video & images

• Approval from Saksham Fashion

Refund or replacement decision rests solely with Saksham Fashion.

11. Rejected or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned due to:

• Incorrect address

• Buyer unavailability

• Refusal to accept

All to-and-fro courier charges will be borne by the buyer.

Re-dispatch will be done only after additional charges are paid.

12. Communication & Confirmation

WhatsApp communication is treated as official confirmation.

Buyers are responsible for verifying:

• Design

• Quantity

• Price

• Dispatch address
  before payment.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction only.

• Indian laws shall apply.

14. Policy Updates

Saksham Fashion reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Buyers are advised to review the policy periodically.
